矿用压风自救装置

ZYJ-M6 矿井压风自救装置是根据我国煤矿煤尘、瓦斯和二氧化碳突出矿井的实际情况，结合呼吸救护现场的实际经验，设计的新型压风自救装置，该装置具有恒定的送风量和稳定的手动调节的呼吸保护装置。主要用于煤矿井下硐室或采煤机工作面的合适位置或流动人员比较多的地点，以及溜子头、井底车场、运输和回风巷道、各地站房等地。当发生巷道冒顶，煤与瓦斯突出时或有突出预兆时，现场人员戴上隔离呼吸面罩保证正常呼吸，起到不受毒气伤害的作用。

当井下发生煤与瓦斯突出危及在场人员生命或发现有煤与瓦斯突出预兆时，或瓦斯严重超标，对工作人员有严重威胁时，现场工作人员要以最快的速度打开离自己最近的压风自救装置的箱门，再打开手动控制阀，戴上面罩，调节节流阀控制进风量以达到呼吸舒适的目的。如人员较多，应按照相应的序号进行区分，不要混用混抢。
